First, of course, you want to get him to a good ferret vet.  Weakness in
the rear end is a sign of so many illnesses.  A good vet may be able to
fix it.  If that fails, go to:

They make little wheeled carts to support the rear end.  Their principal
business is with dogs, but they have been helping ferrets for quite a
while.
