Dearest Pie O' Pah

I have an unusual request of you. Would you please forward this letter
to my oh so beloved Chance. He's a page winner you know. I always knew
that he'd get a page of his own someday. He's so beautiful, so shiny
and so dark brown. It's just a little bit sad because Chance isn't here
in my arms for me to kiss him and celebrate this wonderful happening,
because he is with you and I miss him so terribly much. Anyway, here's
the letter below. Thank You, Pie O Paw

My cherished, dearest Chancey-man. Has someone told you, did you
hear??? My boy, you're finally a page winner!!

I know you'd win someday, but I didn't think it would be in the
calendar after you went to see your brothers and sisters at the Bridge.
I bet you and Storm are just dooking and dancing up a "storm" Hee hee!
Me, well I cannot help shedding more tears over you. Strange tears
though, because one minute I;cry because I miss you so much it hurts,
but then the next minute because I am so incredibly proud of you!! Do
you remember the picture I took of you after I dressed you up like a
little fisher boy, in that darling little hat, Oh you were adorable,
and such a good model!! You didn't fuss at all. The best thing about
this calendar win is that it makes me feel as if you're still here with
me. If tommorow at 9:00pm, you're not too busy playing, wait by the
viewing pond & I will send you my very best kiss!! I'm so proud of you
my Chancey.

Always, always know that I have enough wonderful memories of you to
last me until I come to the Bridge to see you.

So, my boy, CONGRATULATIONS!  Mommy is so proud.

Please tell all of your rothers and sisters who have gone to the Bridge
before you, especially, Storm, Nikki, and Scarlett(remember, you all
went much too close together to the Bridge)

Always remember how every night when I put you to bed, I;d whisper
right behind your ear, Mommy Loves You. Oh how it tickled sometimes and
I would laugh!! I still love you, Chance, just as much as I ever have.
