It seems that many people misunderstood when I wrote of my depression.  I AM
ON TREATMENT for it and have been for 10 years now.  I have taken EVERY med
on the market and am currently on the newest one Serzone.  It helps but
sometimes just not enough.  I also suffer from chronic pain and that takes
it's toll as well.  I was never afraid to seek treatment and sought it out
even when many Doctors said it was in my head.  YES, it was in my head, in
the form of a chemical imbalance, the stupid ninny's!!!!  I also have no
fear of telling people about the depression as I think there has been too
many misconceptions about it for far too long!  That is why I just blurted
it out to the whole FML and didn't care what they chose to think.
 
Sometimes I do seem manic but I am unable to take Lithium for it makes me
feel as if I had taken a slow acting poison.  No more trys at that for me!!
I am always watching for newer and better meds to come on the market but it
looks as tho I will just have to live with this for the rest of my life.  I
do my best and for the most part that is plenty but once in awhile things
get real bad and I get way laid by it once again.  Do not worry, I am a
person that ALWAYS takes my meds and always will.  THANKS Sooooooo much for
caring enough to write to me everyone.
 
I just want everyone to know that I am under care and that the FERRETS help
me MORE than any medication out there.  I love them more than my life and
will always do all I can for them.  Perhaps it is my understanding of pain
and sorrow that draw me so close to these mistreated little ones.  THANKS
AGAIN ALL!!  TNT!!
