Reputable private breeders test for ADV (she does) and do not ship.
 
I would like to say Thank you for the reputable note-- we have not had a
litter in our homwe for almost 2 years-- but maybe next year?
 
HOWEVER_ please do NOT confuse my personal ferrets with Ferret Wise
shelter!  Ferret Wise is a non profit incorporated SHELTER!!  No intact
animals are ever passed from the shelter.  It would be a dis service to
the shelter community.  That being said.
 
As a person who volunteers for the shelter-- I do on occassion have pet
litters-- and I did retire all my jills 15 mos ago.  I have 2 youngsters
and perhaps if they are acceptable to breed at maturity I will ahve a
litter-- it is best to contact me and get on a waiting list--- yes we tet
ALL ferrets before they arrive on premises... at BOTH locations.
