I would also like to commend The Ferret Store for their excellent customer
service.  I purchased two coupler sets and on one set the clasps to keep
the harness closed kept poping open, luckily I caught Jack before he
realized it was open.  Both harness had defective snaps.
 
I emailed Joe at The Ferret Store to make him aware of this defective snaps
and today in the mail I receive two new harnessess.  I would not shop any
where else for our ferret needs, as the prices are excellent as well as the
customer service.
 
When Joe at The Ferret Store knew I had more ferrets in our home he sent
many sample food packs for us to try and continues to do so.  I give some
of them to new ferret owners along with The Ferret Store magnet and
encourage them to shop there.
 
So, Way to Go to JOE at the Ferret Store, you are One in A Million.
