The last line was cut off from the poem and a few people have requested
the whole poem. Here it is again.

Do not stand at his grave and weep
he is not there, he does not sleep
he is a thousand winds that blow
he is the diamond gilt on snow
he is the sunlight on the window pane
he is the gentle autumn rain
he is the dancing shadow just out of sight
he is the soft stars that shine at night
do not stand at his grave and cry
he is not there - he did not die
he lives each day in our hearts
and one day soon we will join again
            and never part
