Thank you, Cathy, for sharing your experience with Dr. Robert Wagner
and for mentioning the new IFC Ferret Medical Research Fund. This is
some more preliminary information about this IFC fund. Further
information, including a PayPal donation address will be forthcoming.

The International Ferret Congress is pleased to collect funds for
ferret medical research being done by Dr. Wagner and Dr. Kiupel.
The IFC will be presenting checks to both Dr. Robert Wagner and
Dr. Matti Kiupel at the Phoenix Symposium in June.

You may write your check and designate it to the vet of your choice
or ask the amount be split between the two. THE IFC WILL MATCH THE
DONATIONS COLLECTED UP TO $1500!

I am happy to accept checks or money orders on behalf of the IFC and
you will receive a receipt for your donation which is tax deductible
to the fullest extent of the law.

While donations with a "thank you" appearing in the Phoenix event
program are limited to an April 30th deadline you are still welcome
to send your donations right up until May 30th.

Please make checks to the International Ferret Congress (IFC) and mail
to me at:
Sharon Bearden, IFC
1245 Curtis Switch Rd
Mineral Bluff, GA 30559

Please mark if the funds are for Dr. Wagner or Dr. Kiupel or split
between the two. Also please mention if you would like to be listed on
the donors page. You can have either your name listed, or list the name
a beloved furkid as a memorial to him or her. Any amount is appreciated
and will receive a listing. If you would like to remember multiple
furkids why not think about donating $5, $10, or more for each little
one.

Each of these vets is doing life saving work which all fuzzies can
benefit from. This is your chance to thank Dr. Wagner and Dr. Kiupel
and help them continue this important research.

If you need more information or have questions please contact me.
Thank you on behalf of the International Ferret Congress

Sharon Bearden,
Fundraising Coordinator
