I guess I'm weird too.  Once in a great while I have a dream about my
ferrets.  Usually, it's not a pleasant dream and some catastrophe has
befallen them or I'm trying to save them from something.
 
I had one dream that I was in our walk-in shower and a ferret came out of
the drain in the shower floor.  I got dressed and went outside and found a
bunch of ferrets living in a drainpipe in a ditch.  It was quite some time
ago and I don't recall all the details but it was a rather bizarre dream.
