Abuse in Vegas, no bus. license!

I just found out that the meadows pet shop has a sister pet shop in the
Boulevard Mall, called "Pet Pros" with the SAME kind of abuse going on
there too!  Except this store has been running WITHOUT a business license
since April!  Due to fire safety hazards!  The bus. license dept is aware
of it too!  Unbelievable!  I wonder what a person has to do to get their
business license pulled in this town!  Geez!
