The Ferret Association of Rhode Island will be holding a Rhode Island Ferret
Frolic on Sunday, October 23 from 10am - 5 pm with Registration beginning at
9am at:

Town Beach,
North Kingstown, RI
 
FUN EVENTS (Ribbons): Tube Race, Bag Escape, Floppy Duck Chase, Best Costumed
Ferret, Sit-Ups, Best Cage Decor.
 
SPECIALTY RINGS (Rosettes): 16 weeks to under 1 year olds, 1 year to under 3
year olds, 3 year to under 5 year olds, Senior (Age 5 years+)
 
FERRET VENDORS! SEMINARS! VACCINATION CLINIC! PERMIT INFORMATION!
 
Entry Fee: $5.00/ferret for all fun events.
           $5.00 for each Specialty Ring.
           Ferret entry admits family.
 
General Admission: $2.00 Adult; $1.00 Child; $5.00 Family.

Entry Rules: No ferret under 16 weeks of age allowed. ALL FERRETS MUST HAVE
1) proof of a current canine distemper shot and a current rabies vaccination;
2) A cage/carrier with food, water, drop/litter pan (no wood chips!). Certain
events require a harness & leash. 3) DEM permit required for RI residents
(forms available at show).
 
Call for early entry form or arrive early for door registration. Plan to
spend the day! Refreshment concession at both shows. PLEASE - no other
animals are allowed in the show hall!
