Regarding Ferrets Life span

I once read on this list, of a guy in the United Kingdom who has had his
ferrets live to about 14 years of age.
 
From what I can remember, they were working ferrets as well as personal
pets.  From what I remember - he also mentioned feeding them mice and meat.
 
Well that is from me, Hope you all keep well, and love to your furry
babies.
