I didn't get *any* of the posts in 1097.  I got the index, but no
digest.  You've probably heard about this from more people than me by
now, but I thought I'd pass this along just in case.

[Moderator's note: (I sure am typing a lot of moderator's notes today.)
You should have gotten the whole issue too - here's what happenned:
 
1) Issue 1097 went out with the extra Subject in the index and with all the
   articles (except the last which I deleted as it was posted by mistake).
2) The corrected INDEX to issue 1097 went out (no articles in there, just the
   corrected index.  I didn't mean to send out the corrected index actually,
   but it was done automatically before I could stop it.)
3) I sent out a post half explaining the extra subject line but neglecting
   to mention that the extra index went out.
 
So anyhow, sorry for the mess up... I think all is ok.  BIG]
