Hi everyone!
 
I just got off the phone with a man who's working on promoting a cartoon
he's working on.  Apparently he has several of them drawn, and he's
now working on finding voices for the characters and getting a network
to carry the cartoon.  He's calling around to all the clubs to get
ads in the newsletters for the cartoon and t-shirts of the characters.
 
The cartoon's characters are ferrets, and it's martial art is Aikido (sp?).
I think he said the main character's name is Itachi (sp?), which is
the generic Japanese term for "weasel".
 
He's an Aikido instructor himself and says that most of his students
started the course because of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  He wants
to portray Aikido, since it's based on self defense.
 
Personally, I can't wait for the t-shirts!  :-)  (I'm getting one
FREE!!!  Ha, ha!  :-) )

So, keep an eye out for the cartoon, and look for t-shirts being advertised
in upcoming newsletters!
