You are receiving this letter because you are a ferret enthusiast.
Thank you for taking your time to consider my request to be a sponsor
of Ferret's Dream House community awareness event called the Ferret
Fun-O-Rama on November 13th.  It will take place at the Quality Inn in
Cincinnati, OH.
 
For those who do not know; Ferret Fun-O-Rama is a specialty, fun event
show.  The proceeds from the show benefit Ferret's Dream House shelter.
 
I am including a brief overview along with the basics of the event.
 
Background on Ferret's Dream House
 
Ferret's Dream House is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization, which
founded in 1985 by myself (Lori Sies) as a non-profit corporation.  The
initial objective of Ferret's Dream House is to find fifty to a hundred
ferrets a year that pass through my doors a loving home.  No ferret is
turned away, no matter the health or training lack of.  I strive to
educate the potential ferret owner before adoption, and help continue
the education throughout the ferret's life.  All of this has been
accomplished with the assistance of individual sponsors or adoption fees.
 
Sponsorship
 
My goal is to increase awareness in the tri-state area and beyond of what
Ferret's Dream House does and to find homes for those ferrets in the
shelter while providing an educational fun time for ferret owners.  I
believe this unique show, being held on Saturday, Nov. 13th will provide
a fitting platform.
 
This year I would like to have all the rings sponsored by Family's that
have been touched by ferrets.  Sponsorship will help us produce and
promote the event.  For the show to be successful I need you.
 
I am asking each of you to consider sponsoring a ring.  Each month
starting in January send $10 a month for the next six months.  Your
family name will go on: the ribbons, cover page of the ring you
sponsored, and you will be entitled to a full page ad in the show book.
The ad can be in memory of one of your ferrets, an advertisement of your
business, a poem or any other submission.  All ads must be camera ready
and turned in with the last donation.  Sponsorship dollars are tax
deductible.
 
Thank you for giving this request your fullest consideration and how it
can benefit ferret owners and their ferrets.
