Has he been checked for adrenal disease?  Two years is a long time without
other symptoms, but it still could be?  What about x-rays to rule out a
bladder stone?  Has a culture and sensitivity test been done on the urine
to see what actually would be the best antibiotic and if it is indeed an
infection?
