Hello, i'm new to the ferret world we bought Merlyn in December he was just
8 weeks old.  We love him to death BUT he won't stop chewing and clawing the
couch.  First thing in the morning when he comes out of his cage he starts
chewing the couch by the way its an all cloth couch, then after I get at him
he leaves it alone for a total of 2 minutes then jumps on the couch and
starts digging his way in.  The minute I get up to get him off the couch
he'll jump off.  Smart little devil!  He has lots of toys but nothing to him
is as good as that darn couch.  Does anyone have any suggestions to this
problem besides buying a new couch?  Thanx
