The first Problem that was listed on bob C's list was:
 
Poor organizational or leadership skills which result in a lack of a clear
and concise set of ferret-related goals.
 
How can we correct this.  It is evident from posts on the FML that there
are NO clear or concise set of ferret-related goals.  For the most part
the concern for the ferrets is there.  But the skills are not.
