Hi, this is Becca again. First of all, I'd like to thank everyone on this
list who has responded to my postings, you've all helped me so much, I truly
appreciate it. =) Now, I have a question that some of you may regard as
strange.... Is the cereal Kix bad for ferrets? You see, I have yet to
convince the fam that a ferret is perfect, but I know several people who
have the little monsters and they all feed thier ferrets Kix for treats. It
seems word has gotten around that the fuzzies adore this stuff. =) My
puppies love it and so did my rabbit, hamsters and guinea pigs(when I had
them) Even though it is professed to be more healthful than most other
cereals, except maybe Kellogs Shredded Wheat =) heh heh, it just seems to me
that the little ferts don't need the sugar. Now, I've read on the box that
it's low in sugar, but what does that really mean, anymore? If you catch my
drift. I happen to love the stuff, myself, simply because it has less sugar
than most other leading brands. Well, if anyone has any idea what Kix can
do to the little beasties, whether it's good or bad for them, I'd be
grateful if you'd write me at [log in to unmask]

Thanks again to everyone who's helped me so far, and thanks in advance to
everyone who may help me in the future.

My Most Sincere ALoha
