If anyone could help me find sources for info on the current legislation in
california in reference to ferrets, I would appreciate it.  I have a big
paper to do: an argument against the current legislation.  I hope to open
the eyes of some of the people in my college and it seems that they are very
interested in this issue.
 
Now I just have to find the info and put it together.  Since I'm in Idaho, I
probably don't have very good access to this stuff at my college library.
Also, if any of you could lead me in the direction of the proper arguments
(valid instead of simple reactionary arguments) so that I can present both
sides of the issue equally and still convince people as to the current law's
inadequacies, that would be a big help.  You can E-mail me directly @
<[log in to unmask]> or if you feel that your info will benefit the readers of
the FML, I'm sure you could also post it there.  Californians: let me know
what you think, and what you plan to do to change the current legislation.
