I've read alot the past few days about bathing, so here is my two cents
worth.
 
I agree with the guy who said there is a difference between having a bath
"done to you" as apossed (sp?) to having it done "with you".  Imagine a
great big figure dunking YOU into a huge tub of water.  I think I would be
scared too.
 
For those of you who might feel a little wierd taking a shower with your
ferret, I have another suggestion.  Put on an old pair of shorts and a
t-shirt.  Fill the tub up about ankle deep and climb in there with them.  I
have found that if my ferrets can see my feet (the part of my body they are
most familiar with) they aren't as scared.  You don't have to sit in the tub
with them, just crouch down to thier level.
