First of all .. bravo, bravo, to Joel for that wonderful rendition of
"Modern Major General" with ferret lyrics!  I loved it!
 
To Katherine: Sorry to hear about your frustration finding out info.  on
your fuzzy's chewing problem.  If I had any insight to shed, I would ..
but I don't.  However, may I suggest that you check the archives?  They
go back 10 or 11 years, and I belive there is a search engine for them.
Perhaps you might find something there to help you out?
