If you use multiple vets you HAVE to be sure that there is communication
among them; otherwise, something important for the medical records may be
known to one but not the others and that could result in all sorts of
medical problems.  My father almost killed himself by trying to do this
with physicians.  Pay the bit extra cost to copy records and have
consultations; they save lives.
