Once again people are posting about problems in the Petco stores but all I
see is that those same people are just complaining to the store manager(s).

If you want to make an impact and create some change, go over their
head(s). Sometimes store managers are busy with other problems (they do
have alot of responsibility) and they just may consider you to be a pest
when you complain. Give the store managers a break! They are not the
ultimate decision makers.

My suggestion is to go to the District Manager. If you cannot get their
name and number from the store, go to the web page and call the corporate
office. Another good person to go to is the buyer for that area.

Quit wasting your time on people who do not have the authority to make
changes. Some managers do have more authority than others, but ultimately
you need to go to the District Manager who can make changes in the entire
state you live in.

I have been very lucky with the Store Manager and District Manager in my
area. Both of them are very compassionate and concerned about the ferrets
and are trying to remedy bad situations.

All it takes is a few phone calls. Get off your backside and take the
initiative! Quit complaining at store level, it usually accomplishes
nothing.

Flame away if you want, I couldn't care less.
