I recently found out that there is a vet where I live that declaws ferrets.
I would very much like to give this vet as much info as possible from
various sources such as vets, breeders,rescue shelters, etc.  as to why this
should not be done, along with other possible solutions to ferrets digging.
I myself have never really had a problem with this in over 6 years of being
owned by ferrets.
 
Or if you have any ideas how else I can try to stop this vet from doing
this again please send all replies to me at [log in to unmask]
 
ps. I would appreciate advice only from the ones mentioned above, I figure
this will be more convincing to this vet.  I myself I know why it should not
be done, but I am not a reliable source  to debate this issue.
