Hello everyone,
 
Because so many people over the years have asked me if my photos would be
on checks I wanted to let those interested know that earlier this year, the
Styles Company phoned to see if they could purchase the use of three of our
photos for that purpose.  The images they've selected are the 1996 calendar
cover of the two ferrets in the champagne glasses, the current 1998 calendar
cover of the three sailors, and the photograph of the ferret sticking its
tongue out in the sunflowers from the current 1998 calendar as well.  In
addition to offering checks with these checks, the same images are availabe
on return address labels.  From what I've seen they've done a marvelous job.
 
If you are interested in these items, please contact The Styles Company at
their 800 number.  They will send you an order form.  The checks are so new
that they are not yet in the catalog but the style number for the Ferret
Checks and for the Ferret Address Labels is #135.  If you want the checks,
I would order soon because they will decide, maybe even this week, whether
to run or not run the checks based upon the interest level.
 
To see what they look like, there is an ad currently running in Ferrets, the
July/August issue.  Again, this is not offered through The Ferret Company,
but because so many people came to me directly for this product (which was
not something I could reasonably produce), I wanted to let you know about it.
