I am from Ontario and does anyone know if ferrets are illegal here? I don't
know who to ask. The people at pet shops will probably tell me anything even
though they don't know their arses from a hole in the ground. I don't want
to buy a fuzzy only to have it taken from me. (but that won't stop me):)
Also what are the names of some ferret rescue groups here in Ontario? The
humane society does not act to obliging when I ask for info:(
I think they know about ferrets as much as the pet shop people, well, here
anyway. I hope situations are better out there.

About how much do these ferret rescue folk charge for each ferret?
