Hello all.

Sorry this is off topic, but again having such a diverse group would
really help me here.

I am planning my wedding. It is not till June of 2008, but I am
planning an old style Irish wedding and there is a lot of research
to do. One thing I am having problems with is food. I am looking for
some traditional Irish dishes that could be served at my reception.

So far, I have corned beef and cabbage, but I need to find a meat dish
for those who don't like corned beef. I was thinking chicken or ham,
but have not found any recipes that could be easly made in bulk.

I am looking for some of your ideas. Please DO NOT respond to this on
the list but to me privately.

Thanks again for all your help.

Erin
