In response to the question if anyone had used ZD for an IBD ferret-
I have on the advice of my veterinarian. Whitey has been on Hill's
Prescription ZD food exclusively for about two years now. He has been
treated with Imuran as well for IBD diagnosed by a high Lipase count
on blood test during this same period. He is doing well, and currently
looks like a robust healthy ferret. He is monitored by periodic blood
tests.
