http://www.theferretstore.com has several kinds of tip proof food bowls.
My favorite is one called the "Locking Smart Crock, GPP-4305".  It has
a threaded stub sticking out the side with a vertical slot in it.  You
place the slot over a cage bar and screw the cap onto the stud.  They are
also deep enough that ferrets have difficulty digging food out of it.
