My husband received a call today from a distraught woman who is trying to
find a home for two female ferrets, who are both a little over a year old.
They come with a cage. The man who has them doesn't want to give them up,
but he will probably be "going away" (I know, don't ask) for awhile and
wants to make sure they get a good home. He is currently caring for them
but his court date is 8/12 and he won't be able to keep them after that.
The woman who called us said she can't take them as she is going through a
divorce herself right now, and was just spreading the word. She already
called all the ferret shelters on Long Island and they are all full.
Please call me or my husband, Mike at (631) 968-9724 or email us at
[log in to unmask] if you would like two little girls and can give
them a good, loving home. One is a slight nipper but otherwise they're
well cared for, according to the woman. Thanks.
