Ferret scents

My husband says our boy Atrus smells like maple syrup and waffles right
between his ears. I can smell the syrup, but the waffles seem to be
outside my range of scent detection.

Has anyone noticed the change in scent in a ill ferret? When our Bob
was ill her body scent really changed.

Oh, and Wolfy- another name that might fit is Bride. Yes, it can be
used as a proper name, and when I saw the video of your small lady it
seemed right.
