Very interesting PETCO ad that recently began running in their newspaper
flyer for the Seattle, WA area.  It reads (along with a photo of an
absolutely adorable kit, mind you):
 
THREE DAYS ONLY - $99.00 - Ferrets on SALE! .... A great pet for kids age
13 and over.  Ferrets are very playful and inquisitive animals which need
a lot of attention.  (In fine print: Limit two per customer)"
 
At least they are 'attempting' to be honest about ferret ownership
(although it's a stretch).  Then it also goes on to say "Our companion
Animal Guarantee protects your new pet for 15 days from the purchase
date.  See store for full details.  *Discount not valid with any other
offer.  Guniea Pigs, Ferrets, Hamsters, Rats, and Chincihillas not
included"
 
NOT INCLUDED IN WHAT???  The Animal Guarantee?  If this is true then what
animals ARE covered under the Companion Animal Guarantee????
 
And here's something even MORE HUMOROUS .  .  .  The flyer is announcing
this particular store's 'GRAND OPENING', complete with a ribbon cutting
ceremony, but the SAME EXACT STORE has been there for over 5 years!!!
Nothing new about the store whatsoever except that they recently changed
the interior layout!  WHATEVER!!!
