I've been busily sending out letters to Assembly members, the Sierra Club
and Audubon Society.  Of all the notes I've mailed, I've received a few
responses, one of which I thought you guys would enjoy.  (The Sierra Club
ones so far have been thick-headed to say the least, if someone wants to see
them, e-mail me)
 
This response was from Assembly member Rico Oller <[log in to unmask]>, and
cheered my morning...

I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I'm hoping to receive more such
notes in favour today, as I've already received a couple. None, however,
which describe the hearings as succinctly as this.
