Hello everyone,
 
CFL was originally told by Fish and Game to be at the Feb.  3rd hearing at
10:00 AM.  That was rescheduled to 1:30 PM.  Public testimony is taken at
10:00 AM and can include anything whether it's on the agenda or not.  My
father called the executive director of the Commission, Robert Treanor,
and was told that anything to do with ferrets should be heard at 1:30P.M.
 
The commission is holding CFL's presentation to 30 minutes which will be
given by my father.  Anyone else will be speaking as individuals.  If you
planned on coming at 10:00 A.M.  and cannot come at 1:30 P.M., you might
want to still come at 10:00 A.M.  but be prepared for them to ask you to
speak later.
 
As a reminder, the meeting is at 10:00 A.M. on Feb. 3rd at the Californina
State Universtiy, Chancellor's Office Audiortium at 401 Golden Shore in
Long Beach.
