Moti Mo has only woken me ONE TIME--
 
We'd been together for a little over a week and I had stayed up all night
studying for an upper-level Physics exam.  I decided to get TWO hours of
sleep before the exam and curled up in bed.  When my digital alarm clock
went off, I rolled over and turned it off without ever waking up.  About
five minutes later, I heard Moti Mo open the bathroom (his bedroom) door
(which he has never been able to do since) and then open my bedroom door,
which took him all four feet and quite a bit of body weight.  He finally
made it into my room and climbed under the covers to awaken me with JUST
ENOUGH time to get ready and make it to my exam.
 
I couldn't thank him enough--the profesor is quite a stickler and would
not have let me take the exam late.
 
AND Moti Mo has NEVER woken me again.
