The FML could serve as one vehicle for networking with other subscribers in
our region.  For example, a state by state and country by country listings
of interested subscribers could be created to expedite the exchange of
information.  This would serve as one small step **toward** the vision
described by Bob C.  Specifically, identified regional issues could then be
reported on here for the purposes of a wider base of support.
