Hi everyone,
first of all our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who lost
their lives, got injured or lost loved ones in this horrible unbelievable
outrageous terrorist attack. Me, my boyfriend and our families and friends
(in the States, Germany and Brazil) whom we talked to right after IT
happened are all completely shocked and full of sorrow that so much evil
could happen to so many innocent people.

So far we know of two friends of the family who worked on the WTC who
nobody s been able to contact, hopefully they ll turn out ok together with
the thousands or people that are still missing. This is all just too
terrible for words, and God forbid that such horror might happen again,
or that things get even worse throughout the world

Just a couple of quick thoughts on stuff I ve been following on the past
posts:

Linda, I m happy to know your fuzzies were found safe and sound, and I
wish you a good painless and full recovery from your surgery. And to
Norman (and Tony whose fuzzy escaped through a hole in the carpet hope
you get rid of the darned fleas!), try not to feel bad for this stuff can
happen to anyone, no matter how much we all think and say our homes are
ferret-proofed I read someone here say how ferrets are the Houdinis of
the animal world and I think I agree with that!!!

I ve had a futon in the past too and I always thought it to be quite
comfortable, for sleeping AND sitting (even though I agree with Shelly
that pillows do help to make it easier to sit on).

About the horrible events in Utah that have been giving me nightmares (been
feeling bad not to be able to help living so far and not having much $ at
the moment but my thoughts are with all the poor fuzzies!!!), I hope and
pray that a fast solution can be found for all these poor 250 ferrets!

This lady who kept them in that condo and consider them all hers is NOT
right in her head, she has definitely NOT been doing what s best for all
her ferrets and I hope at least 240 or more of them ferts can find better
homes where people really know what s best for them and know how to take
care of them right and whom most of all have the common sense to know
when to stop!!!

I do hope and pray that you guys who last posted on this are right, that
all those ferrets are not starving (even though getting much less food
and water and care as needed) and that they won t be getting murdered!!!

Time now for me to hug my fuzzies very very tight for the world seems to
have gone INSANE and nobody knows what ll happen tomorrow! (dramatic of
me but their warmth and kisses do make me feel a bit less scared and
depressed )

My love and deepest sympathy,

Chris, :-(
Logan ( why s our human so sad?! )
& Leeloo ( somethin REAL bad happened! )
