For those who haven't been following Joey is a 11 week old whole
polecat/ferret mix who thinks a litter box a box and any corner is a litter
box!
 
Well I tried something new.  I took a shoe box put a thin layer of pellets
and put his favorite towel in it thinking he'd like that one for his bed and
use the litter box for his business.  I even added a poop to his litter box.
Sadly this didn't work and now he sleeps in both boxes and still uses the
corner of the cage.
 
When he is out of the cage (most the day) he uses the litter boxes that are
around the house and is 100% trained to those.
 
   Any suggestions?
