I remember reading a FML issue the other day, and someone said they put
newspaper down on the floor of their Midwest cage...or cages...and, how
nice it was....

Since the 'Yakimaniacs' have only had the bare, rather slippery plastic
floors on their 2 Midwest cages........and, since I was cleaning the
'gunk' out of the grooves anyway, I thought I'd newspaper the bottoms (of
the cages) too..

and so I did......

It (the newspaper) is now, and has been since approx 4 minutes post
instillation, pulled up/bunched up/tunneled under/shredded up/wadded
up.....generally a mess!

Must be the unruly group I have here, not to leave the nice newspapers
on the bottom of the cages.....or is it the past history of giving them
shredded newspaper to play with?

Looks like we'll be going back to bare plastic floors......
Other than that, all are healthy, and happy here...
