If you received a an email from me with a file attahced to it called
panther.exe with a link to stuart.messagemates, DO NOT download the
attached file.  It was sent to me by a trusted friend who did not know it
was a virus.  If you go to Norton Ativirus Center
(http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/) it will tell you more about it under
W32.NewApt.Worm and will tell you how to get rid of it.
 
Also, the latest update to Norton Antivirus will take care of the problem
as well.
