Come one-come all to the fifth annual walk a thon sponsored by the
Michigan Ferret Rescue & Adoption Network, Inc.  This years event will be
held on May 23rd at the Kennedy Park in Eastpointe located on Stephens
Rd.  between Gratiot and Kelly.  The walk itself will start at noon and
afterwards a picnic lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs will be served to
all that attend.  Among the festivities we plan on having a raffle, a
50/50 drawing and a mini garage sale.  To top this off, Ada Gibbs will
be on hand with her latest ferret hammocks!!!!!!!!
 
All ferrets attending the walk MUST have current rabies and distemper
vaccinations and ALL ferrets MUST be adv tested.  ADV testing MUST be
within a six month period, whether it be with United, Avecon Elisa or
the poct test.  If your ferret has not been tested the poct test will
be on hand at the cost of $12.00 per ferret.  NO exceptions.
 
The members of m/fran hope to see you there.  Stop by, have a dog or a
