Your message to Petopia will probably be dumped with a laugh about 'those
ferret kooks' etc.  A more effective means of getting their attention would
have been to include ALL mammals as being affected by the use of cedar.
Now *that* affects all their small animal sales, etc.  You might try and
find some articles about the detrimental effects of cedar on small animals
and forward that along to Petopia.
 
You are 100% correct and a tip of the old cowboy hat for taking the time to
advise Petopia...Unfortunately these big stores aren't really interested in
a single animal issue, specially an animal that is still generally looked
upon with disdain and incomprehension.
