Don't know if anyone saw this one, but I happened to catch an episode of The
Critic (animated, comedy channel) in which the main character was running in
the New York marathon.  To show how poorly he was doing, they pointed out
that he was losing to the runner with a "live ferret" in his pants.
 
They then showed the runner, with a ferret apparently racing around in his
shorts.  The runner's only explanation was that it was "not by choice."
