How very sad.

It sounds as though we should have been more on top of her water
intake and subQ injections.

Thank you. We are now having new symptoms from Rico.

So when people speak of kidney damage from infections, they are
referring to the result of dehydration caused by diarrhea caused by
the GI infections?

Alice, my Oregon vet also suggested that she went septic, and I see
she was right -- Lucy's body smelled bad, whereas the others' did not.
I suppose that meant she shd have had more extensive Amoxy or Bactrim
treatment.

So much to learn. I hope I can get some sort of internship when I am
back in the US. I certainly can work hard, and do cage-cleaning, etc
to give general help. I'll post to FML and FHL about this.
