Hello

I don't know if this has been asked before but I have a question about
kitten IAMS.I feed IAMS to my furries and was recently told by ferret
breeder of 20 years that it contains far too much vitamin A. He said in
fact it contained 10 000 units .Apparently they should not have more than
500 units. In Australia one can't get any of the fancy foods for ferrets and
mine refuse to eat Science Diet so I am left with IAMS.Mine also get fresh
meat every day in addition to dry.I am interested to know if
American/Canadian ferret owners give Soya Milk to their ferrets.Over here
most people give it to their ferrets at least once every two days, some give
it twice a day. I use to give mine di-vetelact but lately have stopped as I
read some information suggesting it wasn't good for them.My previous vet had
actually prescribed this as it is lactose free. If anyone has ideas please
feel free to email me.
