I'm confused about the baby ferret. Did you already purchase her and
return her for the medical care? If not, I am not sure why you are
talking about having "your little girl" come home. The store had
already stated they would rather put her to sleep than spend money on
medical care. In that case I would simply purchase her to save her
life, and take video, get vet statements, and bring a case against
them for animal cruelty. The store is not going to spend money on care
for the ferret no matter what you do - it is in their right to put her
to sleep as long as putting her to sleep is done by a veterinarian and
without pain. They are the owners and there is no law keeping them from
doing this at any point.
