The Associated Press reported today that Michigan has tested 100 ferrets a
year for rabies for the past two years (seven in the first year they became
legal in MI).  All were negative to rabies.
 
We all know what this testing involves.  What I wonder is were these pets?
Also, since we never knew about this until now, how can any of you be so
sure they aren't killing ferrets in YOUR state (or country)?  It's a scary
thought, but Kodo isn't the first.
