I know there are many out there that do not use/agree with using herbs on
ferrets for their illnesses. However I want to bring it to the attention
of those that use Devil's Club Supreme from Gaia Herbs, that they are no
longer making this herb. I called Steve at the New Rainbow Bridge and
talked to him, he can't get it either. With no warning they just quit
making it. He suggested those of us who rely on this particular herb
should write to Gaia Herbs and let them know how much we really do need
this. I have written to their Herbal Education Specialist, Mandy Smith,
RN at [log in to unmask] and asked her to check into this matter in
hopes we can have them again make this herb for those of us who rely on
it. Or at least check on some alternative herb they may be making.

I have been using Devil's Club Supreme on my insulinomic ferrets for at
least 7-10 years and it has done wonders for my insulinomic ferrets.
Like I said, there are many who don't agree with the use of herbs,
but........ it works on my guys so why not use it? I have seen their
b.s. levels that were down to 30 get up in the 60's and a few even higher
with the use of D.C.

Those of you who do use the Devil's Club Supreme, I wanted to warn you
about this, and maybe you can also write to Mandy Smith (she is out until
the 9th, but she will be back someday <G>) and if enough of us let them
know we do need this product, maybe they will re-think their production
of Devil's Club.

Here's hoping all your little fuzzies are well and happy and hugs to
those who have lost their little guys. It sure does hurt!
