Well, I have finally found something that will hold the ferts attention for
more than 30 seconds. My SO bought me a harmonica for Christmas. (I always
wanted one when I was a kid, but Mom never got me one.) The other day I sat
down with it and an instructional video (it'll be a long time before I play
like Bobby Joe Holman), and all of a sudden, there they both were, standing
beside me, STARING. I kept playing, and they crawled up on my shoulders and
just sat there. The sound absolutely fascinates them. They can't get close
enough to it, either. If I walk around while playing it, they follow right
on my heels, like the Pied Piper. Hmm...maybe if I play the harmonica, and
then walk into the bathtub...
