I have been lurking on this list for awhile and now thougt I would post a
quickie.
 
The Phoenix Az zoo raises black footed ferrets for a release program here in
Arizona.
 
Two years ago they released a group (business) in Northern Arizona.  They
seen to have stabilzed and one of the jills has been out over a year and has
had her first litter.
 
It looks like they are going to make it!
